Five stars all the way ! We have just finished our second property build in Moraira with Moraira invest. Arie has been our rock all the way through the process and a calm presence throughout. His knowledge and professionalism shines through and always had our very best interests at heart. Living full time in the UK and being away from the build process had its challenges , but weekly photo updates from Arie kept us in the loop and feeling part of it. We have worked with Moraira invest over a number of years. With services including designing, acquiring planning consent , and then managing the build of a new Villa. Their service, guidance, and professionalism were exemplary through out each element of the process. So much so we have commissioned Arie and the team to Aquire another plot on our behalf and manage the build of a new Villa on it. They have also managed the sale of our existing Villa in the process. We have had nothing other than professional honest help and advice throughout each process. We could not recommend them highly enough.

I recently sold my villa with Moraira Invest. They took care of every aspect and guided me to ensure a stress free sale. It cost money, but it meant no bad surprises. They were excellent negotiators as well and helped to get the price I had set myself.
