In the middle of the Corona era, we developed a plan to initially rent a house in Spain. Through friends we received the Arie's from Moraira Invest Group. There was an immediate click with the first call. I have no idea what I'm looking for, but Arie sends me a link to the potential homes that are available. Arie takes all the time for us and shows us several houses via video call. However, I keep coming back to that one house. It is above the budget but it attracts us. We initially had a search query through Azurliving for Ibiza. Coincidentally, we were visiting family in Moraira at the beginning of 2019 when Constant from Azurliving called me. They had received a new build home in Benissa and we really had to see it. The next day we sat down with Arie van Staalduinen from Moraira Invest. First, he explained in detail how buying a house in Spain works. Then we went out with Arie all day to see various projects. One of the last projects really appealed to us and the skeleton was almost finished. This was a project of the Tenza Group. We had some additional wishes and all of that could still be done. We signed the purchase agreement in May 2019. Arie followed the construction for us and worked with Marike den Dulk for all the paperwork. Due to Corona we were able to move into the house in July 2020.
